Why I built this
I started Hahn Path after spending years learning to navigate disability services, benefits, and education systems for my own family — one form, one phone call, one confusing agency at a time. Every professional understood one piece of the puzzle, but no one showed me how the pieces connected.
That experience is the reason this exists. Hahn Path isn’t about my family’s story — it’s about the system every family in this situation runs into: fragmented, hard to understand, and rarely explained in plain language. I built this to be the resource I wish I’d had from the start.
The Navigation Library covers Medicaid, SSI and SSDI, IEP preparation, transition planning, and financial planning for families of people with disabilities — starting in New Jersey, expanding from there.
